This association, formerly known nationally and internationally for its cultural purposes (in particular for the environment, agriculture, nutrition and health), offers participants the opportunity to consume meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) based on products from food chains obtained without the use of synthetic chemicals, from cultivation to the later stages of storage, processing and preparation.The Diet MA.PI.
proposed on this occasion is based on a complete vegetarian meal, called Soup and Mixed Dish, consisting of cereals (brown rice, barley, millet, pasta, etc.), fresh seasonal vegetables (cooked and raw) and pulses.
